CNC Mill Machinist
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our dynamic team in the Mishawaka area. This position involves working on 2nd shift, operating high volume runs and custom parts on sophisticated machinery. Our facility is equipped with 5 different CNC Machine cells, totaling around 20 CNCs, with most being advanced horizontal machining centers and turning centers. This role specifically focuses on Horizontal Mills, including 4- or 5-axis Mills, with increasing complexity across Cell A, B, and C. Responsibilities
Operate both 4 and 5 axis mills efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Set up tooling, jaws, and make adjustments to CNC machinery. Perform 1-3 machine setups per shift. Conduct 1st piece inspection using quality tools. Ensure parts meet specifications using quality instruments. Essential Skills
Minimum of 3-5 years experience operating CNC Mill machinery. Proficiency in using quality instruments such as micrometers and various gauges. Blueprint reading skills. Ability to lift 25+ pounds repetitively. Additional Skills & Qualifications
NIMS Certification in CNC Machining is a plus. Experience in setting up CNC Mill machinery. Why Work Here?
