What You'll Do Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals Lead organizational change and talent management initiatives Oversee performance management and workforce planning Direct the execution of people practices, policies, and programs Build strong partnerships to drive operational excellence and community engagement What You'll Bring Proven experience in strategic people planning and organizational change Deep knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, and performance processes Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and drive cross-functional alignment Experience leading large-scale people initiatives in complex organizations Commitment to integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelors degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 7 years experience in human resources, communication, journalism, business, or related area OR 9 years experience in human resources, communications, business, or related area. 3 years supervisory experience.
