Description
Coordinates all program referrals for the Early Childhood Intervention Program. Responsible for receiving, disseminating, and tracking all referrals and entering them in all databases and forwards to the appropriate staff. Works under general supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Additionally: Calls families to inform them about ECI services and schedules the initial evaluations. Closes out all referrals in all databases as needed during the pre-enrollment period if applicable. Inputs information into appropriate local and state databases, including EHR, TKIDS, Oz system Answers phone calls and faxes and directs them to the appropriate staff Interacts in a professional and courteous manner.
Exhibits a service orientation toward customers and maintains productive working relationships
Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience (including licensure and certification) •High school diploma. •2 years related experience, basic knowledge of child development and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
