Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery throughout our facility. The position involves 75% mechanical and 25% electrical tasks, including troubleshooting, changing belts, motors, and hoses, as well as adjusting robot sensors. Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on plant machinery. Conduct reactive maintenance with the aim to reduce frequency. Change out belts, motors, and hoses as needed. Adjust and calibrate robot sensors. Implement preventative maintenance schedules. Essential Skills
Proven industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with changing belts and motors on conveyors. Capability to perform preventative maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with 480v 3-phase systems. Automation Experience Knowledge of CNC machines, especially lathes and mills. Familiarity with lock out tag out procedures. Experience in changing sensors and drives. Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Why Work Here?

The work environment includes a forging area and an assembly area, with the forging area being notably dirty. The facility is equipped with numerous CNC machines, both mills and lathes. The position is primarily for the 3rd shift, although the 2nd shift may also be available. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
