Job Title: Litigation Associate
We are seeking a litigation associate with 4-6 years of experience in employment litigation at Dunn Carney LLP. The role involves handling cases related to general civil litigation, insured employment cases, and providing management-side advice. The ideal candidate will have experience in both state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, client communications, motions, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials. Qualifications include: Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail. Legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ownership and responsibility for assigned matters. Commitment to diversity and teamwork. Admission to practice in Oregon is required; Washington admission is preferred.
