About the Role: The Warehouse position is a critical role focused on ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse facility. The warehouse associate will collaborate with team members and management to optimize workflow and support operational goals. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the smooth functioning of the supply chain and customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, documents, and perform inventory counts. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment. Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment. Experience using warehouse management software or inventory tracking systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and accessibility. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and conduct regular stock counts. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve warehouse processes and resolve issues promptly. Skills: The required skills such as basic literacy, numeracy, and physical stamina are essential for accurately processing shipments, maintaining inventory, and handling materials safely throughout the workday.
