For over 50 years, we’ve served guests with fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and genuine care. We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back.
What You’ll Do: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service begins
Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and consistency
Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
Assist with prep work for upcoming services as needed
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
What We’re Looking For: Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
