We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Real Estate Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our real estate and property management business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports that support decision-making across sales, leasing, and property management activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, preferably in a real estate or property management environment, with excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy. Compensation:
$35,000 - $40,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Stay on top of any needed collections and make sure our bills are paid on time Utilize computer software to enter financial data and keep our records organized Coordinate incoming and outgoing payments by printing, distributing, and obtaining check signatures when necessary Ready our books for monthly and quarterly reports Enter expenses as they arrive and are paid Enter payments other than commissions as they are received Create and send monthly reports to supervisor/GM/CEO Participate in the Budget Meeting and compilation of the new budget Qualifications:
