POSITION – BELL ATTENDANT RATE OF PAY - $12.00 - $14.00 EMPLOYEE CATEGORY - PART TIME OR FULL TIME
ABOUT OUR ROLE As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting with their luggage, providing directions and recommendations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs will be crucial in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
Assist with check-in and check-out process
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell closet
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: Professional verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand for up to eight hours a day and work in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications: High level of professionalism, able to follow instructions with follow-up, respect, and integrity.
Understand oral and written communications, follow detailed directions, and provide clear
instructions/directions.
Basic skills such as: attention to detail skills, reasoning skills and multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of local area and attractions.
Ability to speak different languages.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to remain upright and able to continuously move on a firm surface for an 8–10-hour shift.
Must be able to assist guests with luggage and set up event rooms.
