We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Administrative Business Partner
to provide exceptional support to 4–5 members of our Executive Leadership Team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, handle logistics, and serve as a reliable operational partner across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do : Manage complex and high-volume calendar scheduling
Prioritize meeting requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure seamless coordination for 4–5 executives
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-ups
Arrange domestic travel and accommodations
Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for 4–5 executives, and review direct reports' expenses for accuracy and compliance
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams or external stakeholders
Support coordination of leadership offsites, meeting bookings, restaurant reservations, and onboarding logistics for new hires
What You’ll Bring : 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative or Executive assistant role
Proven success supporting multiple leaders simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to pivot and reprioritize quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and travel/calendar platforms
Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal instincts and adaptability
Works efficiently under pressure, embraces change, and maintains a positive, approachable demeanor
Naturally likable and collaborative, with a team-first attitude
