Empowered Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio spanning multifamily properties, self-storage facilities, and ground-up developments across the United States. As the firm continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated Acquisitions Analyst to join its team in Skokie, IL. As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will work directly with the investment team to underwrite opportunities, create investment materials, and support the full deal lifecycle from sourcing through closing. Key Responsibilities: Analyze investment opportunities using detailed financial modeling. Review underwriting assumptions and identify inconsistencies, upgrade opportunities, or areas for correction. Create detailed investment materials for internal decision-makers and capital partners. Assemble lender packages that clearly articulate the opportunity, strengths of the asset, and the business plan. Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for new markets. Engage directly with property owners to explore off-market acquisition opportunities. Provide support on ad-hoc special projects, data analysis, and strategy initiatives. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, private equity, or brokerage. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; highly proficient in Excel. Strong background in underwriting with the ability to refine and improve models. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience crafting professional and polished investor/lender packages. Diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
