Regional Sales Manager
to lead our newly created
Northwest region . This role is responsible for managing all external sales activities across the region and aligning regional initiatives with national objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected international company and contribute to its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coach 6 Territory Sales Representatives to execute Blum’s sales programs. Enable and drive team in the understanding and alignment of Blum sales processes. Manage sales and service records including expenses and CRM oversight. Oversee the maintenance and management of the regional customer relationship management (CRM) tool Monitor market trends and performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met. Contribute to major marketing strategies and assess market potential for new/existing products. Role requires strong analytical skills and an ability to utilize data, market trends and market knowledge to clearly communicate to colleagues the market and actionable activities to drive sales. Visit key manufacturers and distributors to ensure satisfaction with Blum’s products and services. Support reps with product presentations, sales forecasting, and customer reviews. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at key accounts. Assists and advise distributor's sales force in use of sales promotion techniques. Makes frequent visits to regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, evaluate needs, demonstrate product, explain features and applications of products & services, and promotes sale of products & services Work well as a team member in collaboration with the Sales Management Team
Job Requirements Residency:
Candidate must currently reside within the Northwest region with close access to a major airport Experience:
Minimum
5 years of field sales experience Prior
sales management experience
preferred Experience in the
kitchen cabinet
or similar manufacturing industry strongly preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred. Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge of customer service, sales strategies, and CRM systems Technologically adept and comfortable with change Ability to manage time, set priorities, and drive team performance Excellent communication and presentation skills
