Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient population. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule new patients for all locations. Schedule/authorize radiology appointments. Schedule referrals. Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits. Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality. Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services. Process patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries. Skills: The required skills for this position include strong communication abilities, which are essential for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals effectively. Organizational skills are utilized daily to manage appointments and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring that the office runs efficiently.
