Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance & Real Estate Data Analyst to support our growing network of schools by managing regulatory requirements, real estate data, and ongoing compliance tasks. This role blends analytical work with operational execution and cross-functional communication, ensuring smooth school operations from opening to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage school and student data reporting for compliance at the local, city, and state levels. Prepare and submit business license applications across city and state jurisdictions. Conduct zoning verifications, file Certificate of Use applications, and coordinate fire inspections for new school locations. Manage school renewal applications and maintain documentation timelines. Oversee utility setup, transfers, and disconnections for new and existing school sites. Ensure all lease documents are uploaded into Leasecake, with accurate landlord, agent, and maintenance contact details. Respond to and track maintenance requests across both East and West regional portfolios. Execute key post-lease tasks, including security deposit payments, signage coordination, and utility transfers. Coordinate security deposit refunds upon lease termination or school closure. Support a variety of compliance and real estate operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, operations, or real estate support roles. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with high attention to detail. Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and preferably lease/property management systems (e.g., Leasecake). Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and vendors. Familiarity with regulatory processes (e.g., zoning, licensing, fire codes) is a plus.
