Position Overview We are looking for a

Lead Installer

with hands-on experience in

HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment installations . This is a leadership role we need someone who can

run the job, lead the crew, and ensure the work is done right the first time . Youll work closely with our service managers, parts department, and dispatch team to coordinate all aspects of the install from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute installations of HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, walk-ins, etc.)

Oversee helper/install crew and ensure installs are done to code and Pro-Serv standards

Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and spec sheets

Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the install process

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper documentation on every job

Troubleshoot system issues during and after install as needed

Deliver a professional and high-quality experience to every customer

Requirements

5+ years of install experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen equipment

Universal EPA Certification (required)

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Ability to lead a job site and direct helpers or subcontractors

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Professional appearance and communication

Must be able to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions

Ability to travel for installs when needed
