PURPOSE: To develop, analyze, coordinate, gather
financial/accounting
information and assist with reporting to all levels of management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Record manual journal entries Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities as well as organizational skills, with an ability to multitask. Back-up accounting operations as needed Coordinate intercompany activity Assist with external financial audit Accounting and finance special projects as assigned by the Controller MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role Working knowledge of GAAP Intermediate Excel knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality CPA preferred, but not required Quickbooks/NetSuite
