who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a professional, team-oriented shop. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers professionally and deliver a red-carpet experience
Accurately write and close repair orders using
AutoMate
Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair work
Follow up with customers on service status and declined repairs
Upsell services and maintenance while maintaining customer trust
Monitor progress with technicians and dispatch efficiently
Ensure CSI and satisfaction goals are consistently met
Utilize tools like
XTime
and
UVeye
to support transparency and increase sales
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of dealership or high-volume shop experience as a service advisor
Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
Proven track record of strong CSI and sales performance
Experience with AutoMate, XTime, and UVeye preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
