Summary

The Vice President of Integrated Marketing and Strategy is responsible for shaping and executing holistic brand strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands. This role oversees consumer insights and the development of integrated marketing and content strategies that drive brand growth, consumer engagement and revenue. The VP will drive the development of integrated marketing plans, tactics, annual marketing calendars, ensure consistent brand messaging, to deliver and execute plans that align with each brand’s unique objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a portfolio of distinct brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning. Oversee the development of brand strategies, including value proposition, positioning, and messaging frameworks for each brand. Champion consumer insights by leveraging market research, data analytics, and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Define and refine core audience segments for each brand, ensuring all marketing initiatives are targeted and relevant. Develop and manage annual integrated marketing calendars, coordinating campaign launches, go-to-market strategy and execution, and key brand moments across channels. Oversee the creation of multi-channel marketing plans (digital, social, experiential, traditional, etc.) that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Lead the content strategy for each brand, ensuring compelling, consistent, and on-brand storytelling. Partner with stakeholders to develop and ensure the execution of marketing plans. Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Pay Range:

$180,000-$250,000

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of progressive experience in brand management or integrated marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience managing a portfolio of brands, each with its own distinct audience and positioning. Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands or business units. Deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, modern marketing tactics, audience segmentation, and content development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience building a high performing team; managing and mentoring teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and brands simultaneously. Experience working with both agencies and internal team on the development of campaigns.
