full-time, bilingual Human Resources Manager
to elevate their HR operations and lead with confidence. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of federal and CA state compliance, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building people-first systems that scale. If you’re an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys shaping impactful processes, this could be the perfect next step. Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with California and federal labor laws, including wage and hour, safety, and overall HR best practices Manage and administer all types of employee leaves (CFRA, FMLA, PDL, ADA, workers' comp, etc.) Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering a professional development environment while improving HR knowledge and performance Provide proactive HR support to leadership and employees, offering guidance on employee relations, corrective actions, and performance management Maintain and implement HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, and employee maintenance Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives related to workplace culture, audits, and process improvements Provide coaching to managers and act as a trusted advisor Additional duties may be assigned Additional Details:
