JOB SUMMARY The

Marketing Manager, Integrated Content & Communications , helps lead strategic storytelling and marketing campaign execution for a $1.9+ billion home décor brand. This hybrid role combines strategic communications planning with creative content leadership to deliver compelling, on-brand experiences across all customer touchpoints—from email, social, and video to digital media, catalogs, in-store, and beyond. This role owns the go-to-market messaging calendar at the channel level, and helps develops marketing strategy and brand storytelling priorities. This Marketing Manager partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Creative, Channel, and Strategy stakeholders to ensure all content and campaigns are cohesive, product-proud, customer-focused, and performance-driven. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Integrated Marketing Strategy Develop and lead strategic, multi-channel go-to-market communication plans that drive traffic, sales, and engagement.

Own and manage the brand marketing calendar, aligning content stories, promotional strategies, and product flows across business priorities.

Act as the central hub for campaign planning and execution—ensuring every marketing initiative is coordinated across channels and touchpoints.

Guide channel teams on message hierarchy, timing, and story arcs to optimize the customer journey.

Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling Management of brand storytelling content strategy within all marketing channels —including video, photo, social, CRM, email, paid media, in-store, and web—to ensure consistency with brand voice and to ensure marketing strategy payoff.

Lead internal and external production partners to deliver high-impact content that inspires and converts.

Champion the customer lens in all content and communications, ensuring storytelling is approachable, inspirational, and reflects real-life home solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong partnerships across Merchandising, Marketing Strategy, Creative, and Channel teams to align on campaign goals and creative direction.

Lead the planning, briefing, and review process for campaigns and product stories, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and objectives are met.

Partner with Creative and Content Studio teams to ensure product samples, shot lists, and asset development align with marketing priorities.

Operational Excellence Optimize campaign operations and content workflows with a focus on clarity, accountability, and results.

Identify gaps, pivot quickly when needed, and ensure product, pricing, and promotional accuracy across all marketing assets.

QUALIFICATIONS Degree in marketing, merchandising, business, or related field

6+ years of experience either inside an organization or with an agency in a creative, content, account management, merchandising or similar capacity

Experience in executing customer facing creative, and campaign planning in one or more customer facing communications channels – preferably in a retail environment.

Excellent interpersonal, organization and communications skills

Highly detail oriented, able to track multiple projects, requests and tasks simultaneously

A master of collaboration, able to successfully manage multiple contributors to effectively hit timelines, budgets and expectations as a team and company effort.

Strong execution abilities, problem-solving, as well as written and verbal communication skills

Must be innovative, organized, efficient and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Direct experience with content planning, photo/video production, and/or creative development preferred.

Experience with complex product or other information management, merchandising and marketing systems, content management, social publishing, asset management systems a major plus.
