The Opportunity
We’re seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to join our Seattle-based Brand Marketing team. This hands-on, part-time role focuses on executing local sampling events and brand activations designed to introduce new customers to the deliciousness of Beecher’s Handmade Cheese.
This is a
temporary, seasonal position
offering $25 per hour, with typical shifts running 6–7 hours, primarily on weekends and evenings. From prepping and transporting samples to engaging directly with consumers at events, this part-time, temporary role offers valuable exposure to real-world marketing in the food & beverage industry, all while representing a mission-driven brand with a passionate following. Key Responsibilities • Support and execute up to 3 local events per week, including weekends and evenings (flexible scheduling) • Prep and pack sampling supplies, load/unload equipment, and handle setup/breakdown • Drive the company van to and from event locations • Engage with event attendees, serve samples, and confidently share product knowledge and brand messaging • Represent Beecher’s with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity • Clean and return event materials to HQ post-event What We’re Looking For • Age 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Based in Seattle and comfortable driving a company van (HQ located on Westlake Ave) • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events • Outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player • Comfortable in fast-paced event environments and customer-facing roles What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience in event marketing, brand activation, and customer engagement • Training in product knowledge and storytelling for mission-driven food brands • Insight into the marketing side of the food & beverage industry • A dynamic, fast-paced, and fun work environment Commitment to Our Communities Sugar Mountain created the Beecher's Foundation, a non-profit funded by a portion of sales from our family of companies.
