169188 Job Overview : The Customer Lifecycle Management Strategist will be responsible for developing and optimizing engagement and retention strategies for Services. This role involves creating data-driven insights and strategies to engage with customers, building cross-functional relationships, and improving performance against meaningful metrics through experimentation and optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a broad range of teams across different time zones, including business, product, engineering, analytics, and design teams, to ensure the success of lifecycle marketing programs. Responsibilities : Develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies for Services. Conduct A / B testing and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. Build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against key metrics. Collaborate with teams across business, product, engineering, analytics, and design. Establish a process of continuous improvement by analyzing results and feeding insights back into plans. Define customer journeys, value propositions, and service educational messaging. Submit and maintain operational briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns. Qualifications : 5 to 7 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a consumer subscription business. Proven success in achieving growth goals for user engagement and retention. Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels, including push notifications, email, and in-app messaging. Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Deep understanding of A / B testing and data-driven optimization marketing. Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects and priorities. Analytical problem solver with a track record of developing and optimizing marketing strategies. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications : Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals and execution. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships. Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
