in the U.S. and help shape the training experience for technical apprenticeship and refresher programs. As an Instructional Designer, you will support hands-on learning development, collaborate across teams, and align course materials with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance
instructor-led training
for apprenticeship and refresher programs Apply instructional design frameworks to assess needs and evaluate learning outcomes Develop materials including guides, assessments, videos, simulations, and scenarios Conduct
detailed task analyses
of job functions or systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to define training objectives and structure Follow standards and templates set by the Senior Instructional Designer Write instructional content including scripts for audio and video Participate in milestone reviews and validation sessions Manage timelines and deliverables proactively Communicate risks and feedback clearly Required Experience:
3+ years’ experience in developing instructor-led training Knowledge of adult learning principles and
instructional design methodologies Proven background in conducting task analyses Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Nice-to-Have Experience:
Familiarity with QuestionMark, Author-It, or Storyline Experience with *** Academy (optional)** Required Skills:
