What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Foster team collaboration by enhancing team dynamics and sharing knowledge to contribute to collective success - Drive client impact by taking ownership of workstreams and deliverables to address client challenges - Deliver polished, client-ready results including clear analyses, presentations, and actionable insights - Leverage innovation tools, including generative AI, to inform and enhance recommendations - Conduct primary and secondary research to gather, analyze, and synthesize data for client implications
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an external, client-facing management consulting firm - Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree - Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches - Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, with experience enhancing client solutions being a strong plus - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and Excel analyses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in strategy-related areas such as growth strategy, market entry, M&A, corporate strategy and transformation, or business model innovation - A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, thriving in both structured and unstructured team environments
