What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and execute a strategic vision for a scalable Customer Success model across various market segments - Build and lead a high-performing global Customer Success Management team - Create tailored onboarding and engagement playbooks for different customer segments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction - Own and improve key customer success metrics such as retention, adoption, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of experience in Customer Success within enterprise SaaS companies, with at least 5 years in leadership roles - Proven experience in building and scaling Customer Success organizations - Deep understanding of both high-touch Enterprise and tech-touch SMB models - Strong communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) - Track record of improving customer success metrics, including Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) - Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making - Willingness to travel up to 10–15% for customer engagements
