This role manages a sales territory in San Jose, CA, and surrounding markets, focusing on outside sales and account management of fluid control, fluid filtration, and fluid handling products and customers. Essential Functions

Solidify and develop existing relationships with key customers. Identify and pursue new prospects from current clients, referral leads, and other sources. Build ongoing value by updating customers on products and applications, assisting in product selection, and providing training. Prepare and submit a weekly sales call plan to the Regional Sales Manager, aiming for at least 5 sales calls per day. Use ACS to document all customer contacts and sales activities, with a minimum of 3 updates per week. Communicate regularly with Inside Sales, RSM, and other team members on sales strategy progress and issues. Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding. Maintain professionalism at all times. Experience, Education, and Skills

4-year college degree or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of field/outside sales and account management experience. Experience in industrial sales related to fluid control, filtration, or handling is preferred. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lead and coordinate sales efforts. Organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, able to grasp new concepts. Capable of facilitating training sessions. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills (decimals, fractions, algebra). Mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). We Offer
