How you create impact
The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers' experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center (OCC). Specifically, the Operational Care Specialist is part of a team within OCC, who are responsible for direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCL), proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service colleagues.
You will keep files relating to all sea import accounts billing.
Responsible for billing of accounts using the pricing quoted to clients within the period established.
You will review the Gross Profit and confirm accuracy.
Ensure all billing is correct and completed in time by the end month.
Collaborating with the operational team to ensure all information needed for billing is filed in the system.
You will be processing files while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the system process team to drive automation utilization related to Operational Careprocesses.
Constantly challenge the status quo when it comes to process improvement.
Maintain awareness of and adherence to QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, Security & Dangerous Goods) programs
What we would like you to bring
1+ years' Customer Service experience (Relationship Management)
1+ years' billing experience processing billing
You will have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
You will have the ability to work in the office 5 days per week.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
