Key responsibilities include: Manage a generalist book of select to mid market commercial insurance clients, ensuring retention and growth. Provide expert advice on commercial policies, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and more. Conduct policy reviews, recommend coverage options, and handle renewals and endorsements. Resolve complex client issues and claims efficiently. Actively pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products to existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters. Stay informed on market trends, carrier appetites, and regulatory updates Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management. Proven success in managing and growing client accounts. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
