proxy expertise (Skyhigh SWG)
is in particularly high demand, as the client has a significant number of appliances that need to be upgraded or replaced. While experience across all three platforms is valuable, candidates with strong SWG engineering backgrounds will stand out. Threat Implementation Engineer
to support cybersecurity deployments and lifecycle refresh initiatives. This role involves delivering new security systems for high-profile projects and upgrading legacy hardware/software to mitigate risks associated with end-of-life technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead technical planning and execution of threat platform deployments with zero network disruption. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to adopt new technologies and improve service delivery. Maintain asset tracking, inventory systems, and compliance documentation. Design and implement secure network infrastructure, including DMZ networking and routing protocols. Support change activities, including after-hours deployments when necessary. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with threat platforms (Skyhigh SWG, F5 SSLO, Trellix FireEye). Strong engineering background in deploying and managing security appliances. Experience with scripting (Python, Perl, Golang, C/C++) for automation and integration. Familiarity with DMZ networking, Cisco routing/switching, and UNIX/Linux administration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams.
