We are seeking a friendly, hard-working Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for engaging with customers to process sales orders and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment!

Tuesday, 9/02 Worksite Location:
Eden Prairie, MN Compensation:
$21.63 per hour Schedule:
Hours between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST Note:
Will be rotated into a 10:30 AM–7:00 PM shift every 6–7 weeks (A plus if you can do the 10:30am-7:00pm shift long-term)
What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative: Perform consistently in measured core areas Meet average call, email, and quality expectations Proactively make delight calls to customers Minimize missed or late answered calls Consistently maintain a positive attitude and be an active and supportive team member Treat others with respect while speaking in positive words Be receptive to constructive feedback and deploy the Customer Service Golden Rule Share frustrations with someone who can make a difference or make a decision with the information Provide support to your team, department, and internal customers, emulating the ‘team-first, self-second’ mentality Develop relationships to address customer needs by involving the right people at the right time
What you need to become a Customer Service Representative: College degree or 4+ years of customer service experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products and applications Ability to deliver results; take personal responsibility for delivering maximum results Have a strong focus on the customer by serving them better than anyone in the industry Must communicate clearly; create clarity and understanding through clear communication
