Are you ready to elevate quality standards? Submit your resume today! Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections on components, soldering, and assembled mechanical parts. Interpret and comprehend assembly instructions effectively. Execute internal AS9100 audits to maintain quality standards. Document non-conformances and initiate investigations to determine root causes. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 quality system, or equivalent in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control. Proficient understanding of IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards. Experience dealing with non-conforming materials, performing failure analyses, and implementing corrective actions. Skill in reviewing work instructions for clarity and completeness, along with documenting QMS processes associated with AS9100. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Strong communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to work closely with multidisciplinary teams. Must be a resident of North Alabama or ready to relocate. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a final secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum is a plus.
