A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Menlo Park, CA, with a minimum of five years of experience. This position offers flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-person work arrangements.
Duties
Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial. Prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs. Manage discovery and written depositions. Analyze professional liability coverage. Conduct legal research and analysis. Requirements
Minimum of five years of solid litigation experience. Experience in state and federal court proceedings. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Education
JD with excellent academic credentials. Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms. Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities professionally.
