A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Menlo Park, CA. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for both remote and in-office work. Manage complex litigation matters from inception to trial. Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analysis. Handle discovery and depositions. Analyze professional liability coverage. Requirements
Minimum of two years of solid litigation experience. Experience in state and federal court proceedings preferred. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms. Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally. Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required. Education
JD with excellent academic credentials. Skills
