HR Generalist
supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by administering HR policies, programs, and procedures. This role ensures compliance with employment laws while providing exceptional service to employees and management. Key Responsibilities: Administer employee garnishments, benefits programs, and unemployment claims in compliance with applicable laws and company policies Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace procedures Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding process Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal tracking, and coaching initiatives Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate wage and deduction processing Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data analysis Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity Working knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processes, and employment law Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Paid training Benefits package (health, vision, dental) 401k PTO & sick time
