An Am Law 100 firm with a top-tier Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 3–5 years of experience in IP litigation. This position is ideal for attorneys with a strong technical background who are passionate about patent and/or trade secret litigation in the hard technology sector. Duties

Manage and support complex IP litigation matters, including patent and trade secret disputes Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs Participate in discovery, depositions, and expert witness preparation Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy Analyze technical materials and interact with expert witnesses Handle increasing levels of responsibility and client interaction over time Requirements

3–5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, including patents and/or trade secrets Prior experience handling technology-focused litigation matters Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team Admission to the bar in the relevant state of practice Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic performance Undergraduate degree in one of the following technical disciplines (required): Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics Physics Certifications

Active membership in the bar of the state corresponding to the office location of employment Skills
