In this essential role, you will support the organization's staff and leadership by providing comprehensive HR administrative assistance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Core functions include and not limited to:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience: 1 + years of HR administrative experience, specifically in recruiting and onboarding functions. Knowledge and competency of general HR principles to include compliance with employment laws and regulations
Technical skills: Ability to use technological equipment and systems. HRMS administration preferred
Interpersonal Abilities: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners. Maintains integrity and confidentiality.

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Core functions include and not limited to:
- Performs Human Resources administrative tasks
- Provides a high degree of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Prepares and facilitates pre-boarding and new employee orientation and processing new hire paperwork
- Coordinates recruitment functions including posting new positions, processing new hires, sending welcome emails, background checks and references, etc
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments, licenses, etc
- Communicates personnel policies and procedures to appropriate staff
- Prepares documents and composes routine correspondence.
- Organizes all HR records and maintains an audit ready status
- Acts as a member of the HRMS administration team
- Provides assistance and coordination in the development and maintenance of specialized human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems
- Works collaboratively with HR Manager and leadership on HR functions within the organization
- Supports and models the values and commitments of the organization
