Job Description
nA client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer. This individual will be a critical member of the Technical Services team, driving improvements in asset reliability, reducing production losses, and supporting maintenance and engineering operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational manufacturing environment and is passionate about solving complex problems and leading from the front.
nResponsibilities:
nIdentify high-cost assets and production losses; lead root cause analysis and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
nApply FMEA, PHA, and Fault Tree Analysis to assess and mitigate risks to safety, quality, and production.
nSupport design, installation, and commissioning of new and modified assets with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability.
nDevelop and optimize maintenance plans using predictive technologies such as vibration analysis and thermography.
nProvide engineering solutions and troubleshooting for recurring operational issues.
nLead large-scale and complex projects, including full machine line replacements and standard platform implementations.
nInnovate and execute process improvements while managing performance vs. reliability trade-offs.

nSkills and Requirements
nBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
n1015 years of experience in CPG or process industries
nCMRP certification preferred; PMP certification is a plus
nStrong project management and technical problem-solving skills
nProficiency in CMMS and reliability tools (FTA, FMECA, RCA)
nExperience integrating new equipment and optimizing ROI in aging asset environments PMP certification is a plus null
