A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer. This individual will be a critical member of the Technical Services team, driving improvements in asset reliability, reducing production losses, and supporting maintenance and engineering operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational manufacturing environment and is passionate about solving complex problems and leading from the front.

Responsibilities:

n

Identify high-cost assets and production losses; lead root cause analysis and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

n

Apply FMEA, PHA, and Fault Tree Analysis to assess and mitigate risks to safety, quality, and production.

n

Support design, installation, and commissioning of new and modified assets with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability.

n

Develop and optimize maintenance plans using predictive technologies such as vibration analysis and thermography.

n

Provide engineering solutions and troubleshooting for recurring operational issues.

n

Lead large-scale and complex projects, including full machine line replacements and standard platform implementations.

n

Innovate and execute process improvements while managing performance vs. reliability trade-offs.

Skills and Requirements

n

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

n

1015 years of experience in CPG or process industries

n

CMRP certification preferred; PMP certification is a plus

n

Strong project management and technical problem-solving skills

n

Proficiency in CMMS and reliability tools (FTA, FMECA, RCA)

n

Experience integrating new equipment and optimizing ROI in aging asset environments PMP certification is a plus null
