What will you be doing?
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
- Support production in assembly areas to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation.
- Maintain, modify, and install equipment to meet NEC, OSHA, RIA, and company standards.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections and documentation.
- Maintain integrity of safety devices including light curtains, safety gates, and barriers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
- Train operators and team members on proper equipment use and controls.
- Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) and safe work practices at all times.
What do you bring?
- Fanuc robotic troubleshooting and programming.
- Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, PLCs, and ladder logic programming.
- 24V DC troubleshooting and motor control systems.
- Variable frequency drives (VFDs) setup and maintenance.
- Proximity, laser, limit, and pressure switch troubleshooting.
- Pneumatics, hydraulics, tool handling, and mechanical press line maintenance.
- Blueprint and schematic reading.
