CNC Machine Operator
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role will initially be on the first shift for training and transition to the third shift upon completion of the contract. The position involves operating CNC mills and lathes, with a focus on loading and unloading machines. Reliability and attention to detail are key attributes for success in this position. Responsibilities
Operate CNC mills and lathes efficiently and accurately. Load and unload machines as required. Utilize micrometers and calipers to ensure precision in machining tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to strict safety protocols and attendance requirements. Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing within the last 3-5 years. Proficiency in reading micrometers and calipers. Mechanically inclined with a solid work history. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC mill and lathe operations. Automated and manual grinding experience. Familiarity with Sheffield gauges. Experience running Cincinnati and Norton machines. Ability to train on grinding pins with precise tolerances. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
