QA Automation Engineer
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites that ensure the quality and reliability of web and desktop applications. This role will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to support high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities: Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Python, and related frameworks Develop and execute test scripts covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA automation strategy and best practices Create and manage test plans, review requirements, and document defects Participate in product design reviews, provide input on risks, and support release decisions Track QA metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement Requirements: 5+ years of QA or software development experience, with strong automation background Proficiency in Python, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines Experience with SQL, load/performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust), and test case management systems Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and full software testing lifecycle Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Experience testing N-Tier applications, React/Angular, and winform apps a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
