Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for ensuring that production equipment operates efficiently to meet production demands. This role involves working with machinery that produces automotive parts and requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintenance. Responsibilities
Perform time-sensitive troubleshooting of machinery. Repair and replace hydraulics and pneumatics hoses on machinery. Troubleshoot automation of robotics, including Fanuc and Mitsubishi systems. Conduct repairs on CNC equipment. Adhere to and manage preventive maintenance schedules. Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Essential Skills
Troubleshooting and maintenance in an industrial environment. Mechanical and electrical machine troubleshooting. Hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting and replacement. Understanding and following preventive maintenance schedules. Experience with 3-phase systems. Knowledge of schematic and blueprint reading. PLC troubleshooting, specifically with Fanuc and Mitsubishi systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications
An associate's degree in maintenance or a related field is a plus but not required. Experience in troubleshooting ladder logic. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in logging preventive maintenance performed on equipment. Why Work Here?
