Order Support Specialist

As an Order Support Specialist for T-Mobile's growing T-Fiber team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our go-to-market efforts through territory management, capacity tracking, and general order entry. You will provide operational support that ensures order accuracy, efficient tracking, and insights to boost fiber sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Track new passings and manage assignment data for sales territories. Analyze sell-in rates to new passings and identify sales opportunities in legacy Deployment Areas (DAs). Validate passing addresses for sellability and update internal systems accordingly. Provide volume forecasts and sales pipeline updates to wholesale and sales partners. Monitor installation capacity by market to help guide sales pacing. Support field and partner teams by responding to inbound order entry requests and escalations via email/inbox. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data visibility and performance reporting.
