The Job: As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations of assigned floors, ensuring our rooms shine with absolute cleanliness! Your leadership will be essential in maintaining our property's high standards, creating a welcoming environment for guests. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring all tasks are performed effectively for an exceptional guest experience. The Day-To-Day: Supervises GRA's, Housepersons, assigned floors and ensures all rooms and hallways are cleaned to Company standards Creates a good work environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction and properly utilizes performance feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements Inspects the required number of guest rooms on a daily basis to ensure Guest Room Attendants (GRA's) are conforming to the sanitation requirements of health laws and standards set by the Company Maintains records including repairs needed, lost and found items, and quality of work completed by employees Instructs employees on the products used for cleaning in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) chemical Right to Know standards Reports all work orders to status and any follow required Utilizes proper procedures for entering/cleaning a guest room Resolves guest complaints in a timely manner Meet productivity standards for your position ensuring each GRA completes the number of credits required The Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the housekeeping department High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older The Perks & Benefits: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
