Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, BLS (AHA), and a current CA license for a day shift contract.
Responsibilities Position is in a hospital nuclear medicine departmentWork involves performing routine and specialized nuclear medicine/CT procedures for diagnosis and treatmentDay shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PMNo call or weekend requirementsEpic EMR experience is preferredPatients include adults requiring nuclear medicine imaging and related careConfidently perform patient assessment, monitoring, and communication to support careAdhere to privacy, safety, and regulatory standards while delivering patient careMay assist in orienting new staff to the departmentModules completed during orientation through e-learningOnly one holiday RTO will be approvedReturn staff must be gone for at least one year prior to being eligible as a travelerMust be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signingLocal candidates are accepted at a local pay rate and must live more than 50 miles from the facility
