JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work with the engineering team to develop processes, procedures, methods, and tools to manufacture critical assemblies for integration into our products. The position requires technical ability, diligence, and flexibility to learn and generate new approaches and methods. The ideal candidate is technically curious, a quick learner, and can complete work with minimal supervision.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
New product introduction
Review documentation for new products
Create manufacturing processes, procedures, methods, and tools
Develop and improve assembly flow
Verify form, fit, and function of new assemblies
Provide jigs and fixtures for assembly and testing
Manufacturing
Interface with vendors on technical issues
Drive yield improvements
Provide technical training to manufacturing and assembly teams
Cost reduction
Evaluate and qualify new suppliers
Identify opportunities to reduce costs
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
B.S. or M.S. degree
At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry
Vacuum experience
