$40/hr - $50/hr DOE - Flexible options include Full-time, Part-time & PRN. Benefits Offered:

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and assess functional needs, collaborating effectively with other specialists to maximize patient outcomes. Design and implement individualized care plans based on thorough assessments and actively involve significant others in the treatment process. Maintain high standards of therapy practice, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Guide and coordinate support staff to help achieve patients' functional goals. Communicate effectively with other health professionals and support staff, fostering a team approach to care. Adhere to safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards. Follow all policies regarding resident rights, confidentiality, and abuse prevention. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives. Qualifications: Knowledge and skills to address the physical and developmental needs of diverse patient populations. Ability to maintain composure in emergency situations. Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program. Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapy aide. Current state license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
