Outbound Sales Representative
to join our high-performing team in Naperville, IL. This is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in the booming healthcare software industry—while helping providers solve critical compliance and safety challenges. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation : Identify and target healthcare prospects via cold calls, research, and strategic outreach. High-Volume Outreach : Make daily outbound calls to uncover pain points and communicate solution value. Pipeline Management : Build trust and guide prospects through the sales funnel with consistent follow-ups. Product Presentations : Deliver tailored demos that address client-specific compliance and safety needs. CRM Mastery : Track all activity in Salesforce and HubSpot with precision. Deal Closing : Overcome objections, tailor solutions, and close deals confidently. Upsell & Cross-Sell : Expand existing accounts with additional modules and services. Market Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. Team Collaboration : Partner with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client experiences. What We’re Looking For: Sales Experience:
2+ years of successful B2B outbound or inside sales experience. Performance:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience selling to healthcare providers or multi-location organizations (preferred). Healthcare Knowledge:
Experience selling to healthcare providers or multi-location organizations
(preferred). Communication Mastery:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Hunter Mentality:
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven with the resilience to thrive in a high-volume sales setting. Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required with strong experience).
