What You’ll Do: Lead Generation : Identify and engage healthcare prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Prospect Qualification : Uncover client pain points and present tailored solutions. Sales Pipeline Management : Build and nurture relationships through the full sales cycle. Solution Selling : Deliver compelling demos aligned with client compliance needs. CRM Tracking : Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach tools to manage activity. Closing Deals : Handle objections and secure new business. Account Growth : Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Market Awareness : Stay current on industry trends and competitors. Team Collaboration : Work closely with onboarding and client success teams. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of successful B2B outbound or inside sales experience. Proven history of exceeding sales quotas. Experience selling to healthcare or multi-location clients (a plus!). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and outreach tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential : Competitive base + uncapped commission. OTE: $75K–$100K+ annually.
