We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented
Online Marketing & Social Media Specialist
to join our team. This role combines social media management, content creation, livestream setup, and e-commerce marketing . You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, growing our online presence, and supporting live broadcast operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content (text, images, videos) Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for e-commerce and marketing campaigns Create content calendars, track performance, and optimise engagement Conduct outdoor photography and videography as needed Set up livestream systems for TikTok and e-commerce platforms (including lighting, audio, and streaming software) Host or appear in livestreams when required Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals Stay updated on latest trends and features across social media platforms Requirements
Minimum
2 years
of relevant experience in online marketing, content creation, and social media management Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools
(Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) Proven experience in livestream studio setup Confident on-camera presence for livestream hosting (preferred) Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment Willing to work outdoors for shoots when required Preferred Skills
Graphic design skills Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithm optimisation
