Who You Are
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Slalom, you will play a key role in fueling our growth by attracting and hiring top sales talent across our go-to-market functions. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with recent experience hiring for a range of sales roles, from business development and partner sales to solution selling and sales leadership.
In this role, you will work closely with sales leaders and stakeholders across the Americas to build high-performing teams that drive revenue and market expansion. Your expertise in sales and go-to-market recruitment will also support other commercial-facing areas such as client partners, marketing, and partner management.
Additionally, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, strengthen our employer brand in the market, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Your work will directly shape Slalom’s growth strategy and align talent acquisition efforts with our dynamic culture and business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality sales and go-to-market talent. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, ideal candidate profiles, and market conditions, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices. Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive sales talent landscape, including compensation trends and competitor insights. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Cultivate a strong employer brand by engaging with talent communities, networking within industry events, and building robust candidate pipelines. Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes, measure success, and improve operational efficiency. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and personalized communication. Mentor and collaborate with other recruiters to share best practices and elevate overall team performance.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused specifically on sales or go-to-market recruiting. Proven track record of placing high-performing sales professionals in competitive markets. Experience recruiting for a variety of commercial roles, including quota-carrying sales, account management, sales operations, and leadership positions. Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and performance metrics. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment while maintaining quality and a consultative approach. Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leveraging recruitment technologies, CRM/ATS platforms, and social sourcing tools to enhance outcomes. Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position the targeted base salary range is $85,000 to $125,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
